    A few years ago we decided that we needed a cleaner. Saturday mornings with a vacuum was a chore. We'd used a local lady before but had many occasions when she couldn't attend because of a sick child or holidays etc. We contacted Merry Maids and arranged for them to attend every fortnight. They have never let us down. It's usually Tracy but if she can't do it then the work still gets done by one of her colleagues. We now look forward to our weekends although most Saturdays you will find my husband on a golf course. Thank you Merry Maids.

    Extremely rude, ableist, fire hazard. First person that came by was great. Unsurprisingly, they quit. Second group openly talked sh*t about me while standing ten feet away. Third group turned the towel rack on at 28 degrees with six dry towels hanging on it, didn’t ask me, didn’t tell me, didn’t turn it off. They repeatedly made snarky, ableist comments about my autistic traits. They also—after seeing me repeatedly use it and knowing what it was for—unplugged my power chair charger. It was nearly dead when they arrived, takes six hours to charge, and I just noticed. Three hours before a major hospital appt. The one cleaning lady was amazing, but everyone else at the company I’ve interacted with has been utterly horrible, rude, and discriminatory. I couldn’t be less surprised that she left.

    Domestic clean for a 3 bed house every other week. Really well priced. The house looks amazing, friendly, professional staff. The carpets look great, the kitchen is sparking and the bathrooms are a hotel level finish. Superb.

    Awful!! Broken downstairs loo and left the loo running water, fluff all over the carpets and skirting boards not dusted and kitchen sink not cleaned. When I phone to speak to Anna (owner) she was very hostile and instead of wanting to fix said it would be best to go elsewhere as my expectations were too high. I didn't think a dust and hoover was expecting too high. MY advice...go elsewhere!!
