   Have to honestly say am so impressed with Chris and team. Have had the carpets etc cleaned several times and disappointed the minute the carpets dry and stains magically reappear not so here carpets not only look new they feel new under the feet as well. Fabulous job. Thanks

   I found Chris very quickly to respond to my email when I requested a quote. They were friendly and did a good job of cleaning our carpets. The price was very good value for money. He pointed out the 14 day guarantee although I've not noticed anything apart from a small mark which he showed me and said it would be better to come back and finish all within the quoted price. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

   I can't recommend this Botley Carpet Cleaners highly enough! My sofa had been in storage for two years and looked tired, dusty, and worn, but after their visit, it looks absolutely brand new. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. You can tell they take real pride in their work. It's like I got a new piece of furniture without having to buy one.    Claire and Chris are lovely. They were really respectful to my property and my cats and dog. The communication I’ve had with them has been prompt, professional and effective. They arrived on time in a sign written van and they parked considerately. My carpets look and smell amazing and now you can’t tell I’ve got animals! The carpets which I was going to replace look transformed. The love and care they took was simply amazing! I have what looks like beautiful new carpets.
