I do not recommend this service to anyone who expects a proper clean or any value for their money. I've been using this company’s monthly cleaning service for £120 per month for the past three months, and while the first two visits were acceptable, this last experience was appalling enough for me to immediately cancel. For £120, I expected a thorough and professional job, especially for a 3 bedroom house. The cleaners left in under 30 minutes, without notifying me that they were finished, and worse, left the door unlocked — a serious safety concern. Several areas that were previously cleaned were completely neglected this time, including: - Bathroom drain still had hair, the toilet was not properly cleaned - Visible dust on surfaces like countertops, furniture, and even decorative shelves. - Stain in toilet bowl - Shower fixtures still had limescale and grime, clearly untouched. Adding to the disappointment, one of the cleaners wore shoes inside the house while hoovering and mopping, which only made the floors dirtier than before they arrived. I had to re-clean the place myself right after they left — absolutely not what you expect from a paid service. These are not minor oversights. They reflect a complete lack of care and professionalism. The price is insanely high for the level of service received, and the quality has dropped dramatically. I’ve attached photos and a video to show just how bad the results were. This was supposed to be a hassle-free experience, and it’s been nothing but frustrating.

Absolutely terrible. They gave a quote of £120 for a regular clean, but said it was about the clean and not about the number of hours spent. Well, that set alarm bells ringing, but we thought we'd go with it initially. We were told the first clean would be a "deep clean" and would cost £180. Two people came, confirmed it would be an "initial "deep clean" and that thereafter it wouldn't be as thorough. It's a four bedroom house that two highly efficient cleaners in the past have taken two hours to do a "regular" clean. After 90 minutes, the two Haus Maids cleaners told me they were finished. I did a cursory scan round before they left and pointed out a couple of things that hadn't been done. Later on, we did a more thorough review, pulling out sofas the cleaners had said they had moved and cleaned under, only to find clumps of dust. There were many other things that hadn't been touched, that would have been routine in a regular clean, let alone a so-called deep clean. They appeared to have moved sofas just slightly, to make it look as if they had cleaned under them and not quite put them back properly. Haus Maids is very good at marketing and likes to make itself look professional by talking about a "marketing team" and a "scheduling team" etc. but the actual cleaning is abysmal. They clearly have made their money operating in areas where a lot of people have more money than sense. I'm ashamed to say we very nearly fell into that category, but fortunately came to our senses.

Started really well and we didn’t mind paying the premium as the quality was excellent. As time went on things got more rushed and standards really went down. Still charged £80 for a 39 minute visit and the work was very substandard. That was the end for us.
