   I have used Gem cleaning for several years, My ladies clean weekly and look after two properties for us, perfectly. I have always found them to be super professional, extremely hardworking and very detail conscious. Nothing is too much trouble, even changes at very short notice, is accommodated happily. It’s an absolute pleasure to have the ladies in the house, they are always punctual, and leave the house & cottage gleaming and fresh. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

   Gemma and the team have been looking after my holiday let since October 2019. I have total peace of mind that my guests will find the house beautifully clean and professionally set up and frequently receive reviews on Airbnb that the house is ‘sparkling clean’. I am grateful that I know this is taken care of, and particularly during COVID Gemma has been both flexible in terms of managing the constant cancellations and rebookings as well as proactively improving standards to comply with government guidelines on sanitation etc. Thanks!
