Have now had Meghan and her colleague at my mums for the last month or so. They’ve been great, understanding with my mother’s illness, professional and do a brilliant job at keeping the house clean. Anything I’ve asked they’ve done and they couldn’t be more helpful. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

My in-laws used this service and I am absolutely disgusted that they had precious items stolen. They are in their 90's and a replacement cleaner was sent without any prior notice. They have no visitors, the only visitor they had was the replacement cleaner from this company and that evening my mother in law noticed items missing. I am appalled at the way this whole business has been handles.
My mother and father contracted Domestic Darlings to clean their house in the Hamble. All went well until a substitute cleaner was sent and all my mum's jewellery went missing. Two old people in their 90s confused on the doorstep by a women they didn't know. Domestic Darlings didn't forewarn my mum and dad to expect somebody new that day, and my mum and dad didn't even have the name of this new person to verify a on the doorstep. That evening my mum noticed that her jewellery wasn't on her dressing table. My mum and dad don't have visitors, the only stranger to have entered the house that week was Domestic Darlings' thief. The Police have been powerless and in any case Domestic Darlings under questioning denied they had sent any anyone to clean that day. Use this company with extreme caution.
