   Really good service, have tried both the cleaning and repairs. The cleaning has been really good but the repairs I’ve had to some garments that were really awkward have been amazing and saved me binning some otherwise perfectly good clothes. Recommended.

   If you own a wedding dress, please do not take it here. I took mine In to get cleaned and they ruined it. It was covered in bobbling, there was a mark left on the back and the buttons were dirty They didn’t take accountability and the staff were so rude and completely dismissed me. My formal complaint was ignored for 18 days until I stated I would take further action to inform trading standards and funnily enough they replied to my email. After a lot of stress and having to find somehere to fix the damage I should’ve done my research and taken my wedding dress to an actual specialist.

   We would have been really stuck without the support of Park Gate Dry Cleaners, they have come to our respite home all throughout COVID helping us to keep our children safe. They are extremely good value and very helpful with any additional support that we need. The bedding and towels are collected one day and delivered back the next meaning that we don't have to keep huge quantities of stock on site. Cannot recommend them enough. Totally reliable and extremely friendly

   The best dry cleaners in the South! Very friendly, helpful & efficient staff with great quality of customer service & excellent cleaning results. Used regularly for over 10 years for dry cleaning work uniforms, suits, school uniforms, alterations etc. They even came to our rescue in an emergency & collected a work uniform from the shop when they were closed on a Sunday for us - customer service doesn't get better than that!
