NEVER CONTACT SOUTH COAST CLEANING SERVICES LTD COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!! I did contact South Coast Cleaning Services Ltd. I did ask them to clean my flat. The quote was - carpet wash - £100, oven clean - £55 and flat clean for one hour - £21 - which quote was accepted. I have lived in my flat since August 2021 and just now vacated it in order to rent it out. I did tell the manager that this was my flat. As I removed most of my items by myself with friends and after that only the bulky items with a removal company, I also did clean my flat and the flat was nice and presentable and ready for viewing. The local authority BCP COUNCIL viewed the property with a tenant on 31st October 2024 and they all thought that it was already professionally cleaned until I told them that the flat was cleaned by me. The manager Joanna from South Coast Cleaning Services Ltd probably decided that it was one of these agencies' managed flats or a landlord who never seen the property and did not know the condition of the flat. So, on 2nd November 2024, the two women, who she sent to collect the keys from my work place to clean the flat, claimed that they spent 4 hours of cleaning, both of them, as the flat's kitchen and bathroom were "so dirty"... They could not provide not a single photo of a dirt in my place at all, but instead they had photos after they "cleaned" the flat. They insisted that they did deep cleaning??? In already cleaned flat!!! Although they claimed that they cleaned the "dirty flat" - the skirting board with the mark on it that I left was still there; the sticky spot on the carpet that was there since September 2021 was still there; the filter of the cooker hood (which I already degreased nicely) and itself was in excellent condition - was over done with chemicals by these two women and the silver cover is now peeling off and falling on top of the gas cooker every day... The cooker had white chemical smear on the back wall. The manager Joanna said that she was not accepting complaints because I contacted her 9 days after the cleaning (but she knew very well that the carpet was wet on Saturday 2nd November and it takes at least 2 days to dry nicely, Both Weekend Days I was on 12 hours shifts and on Sunday Evening I was going abroad until 11th November - but she did not say anything when I told her that I would check the flat on 11th, when I come back); but Joanna offered to send someone for one hour to correct the things. Really? You claimed you spent 4 hours x 2 people cleaning, charged me 8 hours cleaning, and you did not "do the job properly"??? You even destroyed item from the property. I surely do not wish these scammers / fraudsters and liers near my property ever again. These people absolutely proved that they are not trustworthy and they are fraudster company, with staff that is dishonest and say lie after lie, definitely nothing to do with professional cleaning if they don't even know what chemicals to use and how to use them BUT They are an absolute Professional Liers and Scammers - No doubt in that. They charged me in a clean 34 sq metres flat - 4 hours of cleaning x 2 of them, altogether 8 hours of cleaning x £21 = £168. Landlords and Tenants - South Coast Cleaning Services Ltd company is a scammer and their staff is incompetent and TRAINED to LIE. They were looking into my eyes and saying lie after lie... If I was one of those agents or a "landlord" who never saw their property - I would believe them. But I was the one who look after my property from A to Z and that's while their lies were caught immediately. I did tell Joanna right then that these two women were liers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY TO ANYONE - THEY LIED TO ME, AND I BELIEVE THAT'S NOT THEIR FIRST TIME AND IT WOULD NOT BE THEIR LAST TIME . I hope my feedback will safe other people from these fraudsters as Tenants may not receive their DEPOSITS based on the lies of this Dishonest Company, which of course creates problems between landlords and tenants...
