Would give 0 stars, only delivered one thing out of 4 that I ordered, get it from dilans kebab instead, delivery man couldn’t even find the house, foods cold.

I CALLED UP ASKED FOR A REFUND AND GOT TOLD I CAN GIVE YOU A 5% DISCCONT NEXT TIME I WAS LIKE NO I WANT A REFUND AND HE TOLS ME THAT ONLY THE MANAGER CAN REFUND BUT HES NOT IN TODAY FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS
Didnt recieve food, when i rang they called me a liar and said they had delivered it. Worst service ever recieved by any takeaway service.
the reason behind leaving one star is due to your customer service skills i have ordered many times no problems but tonight i ordered and my phone was playing up so the shop called me back multiple times till i had paid (using my bank card) the food turned up within 30 mins bonus but 3 pitta breads were missing when i called they said it would take a while as very busy I explained food would be cold by the time the pittas turned up is there no way you can bring now (i live a 5 min walk from shop so 2 min drive tops) so the guy on phone said he would speak to manager this was 2 hours ago no call back which you were happy to call me back five times till you got my payment i am regularly in shop and the manager is very friendly so sorry for the one star rating but will talk to you about it next time i vist apart from this the food was good as always (best kebab in area) and accidents do happen just deal with them in the right manner in future please
ordered from here the other night as it was my daughters birthday and she fancied a kabab. it was over two hours late and the food was really disgusting and cold, the food looked like it had been microwaved multiple times. when my daughter opened her curry sauce she noticed dead flies and maggots swimming around still alive (which i’m surprised they survived being microwaved multiple times) to top it off i ate a burger from here and i didn’t know until i bit into the burger that there ALIVE maggot in my mouth. we called to complain and they told us there was nothing wrong and that there wasn’t a maggot problem in the “restaurant”. this place needs to be shut down immediately!!! VILE FOOD NEVER EAT HERE!!
Just order my first large donner from this place. The only reason I did cause is the only place that open over midnight. Other than very cold donner kebab, small portion for a large and not the right sauce that I wanted... is okay. Not the best, but not the worst. Mediocre.
First order was good but last night this was my wife's chicken kebab. Couldn't be bothered to put in pitta bread and just four bits of chicken. Cost me nearly £25 for two kebabs delivered and small tip. Would avoid if I was you.
