Ordered food after 1hr 10m spoke to them and i got its getting wrapped. Then another 40 minutes it turned up, and food barely warm. Absolute rubbish if your busy stop taking orders or take more delivery drivers on instead of been tight.
Uber orders cancelled. Wasted 5 mins attempting to order twice. Found another shop.
Food, mixed kebab was actually ok when it arrived , but there lies the problem , when asked for my post code I was optimistic that it would be delivered to the correct address !! , as that's what postcodes help you to do , so was a bit suprised when the driver rang and told me he couldn't find my address? , I live on a residential estate that with a sat nav or without is very easy to find , after giving him the postcode he was confident he would be there in 5 mins , 15 minutes later I rang the shop and asked if the driver had a sat nav , knew how to use one , and was given my postcode , to which the answer to all questions was yes , so I am still struggling to understand what went wrong ? , they said they would send another if it was cold but if it went on the same route again wouldn't it be cold again ? , still struggling to understand how a driver with a sat nav who knows how to use one with the right postcode , can go to the wrong address ?
Not great at all. Over 2 hours for the food to be delivered. Called twice to see where it was, first call was told it's on its way. Second call was told it is just being cooked! Arrived barely warm. Not recommended - would give zero stars if able to.
If i could give ZERO i would. The food first came soggy and clearly reheated from leftover stuff. The chips were like cardboard, soggy and flat. The tomato bread we originally asked in the comments for a spicy as they don’t offer that option on the site and we know from experience that they do have them. However it was sent normal the first time and when it was resent it was unfavourable and almost tasted like dishwater… we had to reheat the donor meat twice, obviously when it first arrived and then the second time as we had to wait for our sauces and salad to be delivered. The cheesy chip wrap was no different. Soggy and no flavour. Didn’t put on the garlic sauce we asked for and as a result it was unbeatable. I would avoid this place at all costs in the future as the food was VILE and we are now all starving. Honestly the worst takeaway we’ve ever… EVER had. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Usually wouldn’t write a review but after complaining to food hub they refused a refund, claiming that they sent the new food right out… baring in mind it only took 15 mins to arrive, clearly wasn’t cooked fresh so it must be easy to say that when they’re sending out old chips and cold food…
Just ordered from here I usually go for a donner kebab but thought I'd try the chicken today I was very disappointed the box was soaked with grease and the chicken was swimming in it I hadto drain it off to eat it really didn't enjoy it but had no choice but to eat it.

Food was Delish and hot! Fast delivery and all requirements met! Asked for my kebab to have peppers, onions and mushrooms rather than salad. Customer service was great. This place never disappoints.
