   Absolutely disgusting. Hygiene -10 and the people -30. Please save yourselves. So firstly there was like a family gathering inside and strange people kept coming inside and behind the till near the food that was being cooked for customers. This one man kept shouting curse words at everyone and made eye contact with me and told me the gas isn’t working in the takeway. He also was smoking weed outside and came straight in and went behind the till and did not wash his hands, he had a dirty coat full of germs and it touched everyone’s food. This man was incredibly rude to the staff behind the counter but they must have known eachother. Also, I saw a man try to warm up the donner meat with a cigarette lighter from his own pocket. The wait was crazy and we was surrounded by these disgraceful, rude and unhygienic people which made us uneasy and quite scared because it was late at night and many people kept coming inside and out every 3 minutes and there was a lot of loud people and there was a women that randomly came into the back with no gloves and her white coat; she was carrying DIRTY pans inside from a random average car. Outside, wasn’t much better the previous man was chasing people outside the TakeWay and I was appalled. No gloves, no hair nets and no apron. NOTHING.

   Ordered a few times now but last ones not been great im not sure if they changed chef but chips where awful food was cold a long wait no drink and missing items not sure il be back to be honest standard is not there for the price you pay

   I order from here very often. The pizza is great, but the chips are no longer how they used to be they do not taste as good anymore unfortunately.

   By all means order from here if you want undercooked pizza re heated fries and soggy greasy donner meat .oh and when you call them to explain what has happened they put the phone down. I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS FOOD TO AN ANIMAL I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS BEWARE ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

   I approached Giuseppes enquiring about ordering a lot of food for a party a short drive away. The manager dealt with this request in a fair and reasonable manner offering me discount for ordering certain amount. The food came on time, was still hot and was lovely. Many people asked where I had got the food from. Highly recommend Guiseppes to anyone.

   I order everynight ish but for the past 2 weeks my order has been wrong or not sent what was ment to be sent rang up to be told well you have what you have food is cold then then phone to be put down on us I will never use these again and it's the only place we have used I 8 years Not good service at all !!!!

   used to be decent but has gone down in my estimations recently, last 3 orders have been wrong and over 45 minutes late. i’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years but won’t be ordering again. staff was rude on the phone when i called about my complaint. they need to sort themselves out, it’s a joke

   Well it's usually great but the last few times I've ordered it as gone down hill, food coming late or not having the food ordered, then when it arrived it wasn't hot and the mozzarella sticks were still frozen....

   Waited 3 hours for an order to turn up. Called 3 times to be told 1. it was being prepared but they were busy 2. half an hour later it was apparently on its way and 3. They didn’t know where the order was and could not contact the driver. Quite clearly a lie because an hour after the second call my order turned up piping hot? It would not have been hot if it was on its way an hour prior?? Maybe if you are busy, don’t keep accepting new orders?
