   Very disappointed with this place. The pizza and chips were greasy and bland, and to make matters worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Every time I order, something is always missing — it’s frustrating to pay and never get the full order.When I point it out, instead of fixing the problem the staff argue and act like they’re right, which is extremely rude and unprofessional. Paying customers shouldn’t have to fight to get what they ordered.Poor food, poor service, and poor reliability.Definitely won’t be ordering again.

   Very rude and stupid behavior of owner when i complaint about poor quality food. I ordered first time and chicken was reheated and full of oil as if its all dipped in oil. Instead of handling complaint he talked very badly and almost shouted and blamed me its not our fault its your fault that food is bad. Lol

   amazing food, but was overcharged by £2.50 and found a hair in the food. was told to ‘hang on’ on the phone as soon as they answered the phone which wasnt very professional too. delivery took an hour and a half and food luke-warm when delivered. good for the price but i recommend going somewhere better quality (Majestic Newland is a good place to go, on Newland Avenue by Hull Uni).

   Waited about 2 hours, rang up to be told it was due to road works and to wait until it arrived and to stop ringing up, which was very rude, I had only called up the once. Order arrived the driver said to me don't order again from us. Food wasn't even warm. Horrible and rude.

   An hour late and cold. We are around the corner and normally they are fine. Today they decided to lie and said it was delivered when it wasn’t. They tried to argue they had despite the fact we have a ring doorbell. They explained that someone took it in. We explained that they must have given to the wrong house then (as there are names similar to our own house) When we finally got the food it was cold (so not only not actually delivered but they didn’t bother with a fresher one). Sad to say won’t be ordering from them again. Were regulars.
