   I have gone to Sam’s for years now and they’ve always been really good up until about a year ago. I literally placed an order tonight to arrive at 9:15pm it turned up at 9:55pm and also was the incorrect order. Instead of being empathetic and apologetic, the staff was rude. I explained why I was frustrated in a calm manor and the only answer they gave me was “we are busy we will get you a new pizza when we can” in a unenthusiastic tone and then proceeded to put the phone down. I’m a laid back person and usually don’t ever complain, I have worked in retail sector etc so I understand stress levels when busy however I do not accept this clack of respect and just rudeness. Even though the food is good I will not be continuing ordering from this establishment.

   always ordered from sam’s. Ordered 2 chicken burgers, donor kebab and donor calzone. chicken burger came TINY. 3 bites and it was gone …. bearing in mind the burgers used to be big and price hasn’t changed. Donor kebab didn’t come with chili and garlic even though i asked for them. Calzone mushy and not cooked properly at all. Not happy at all. Never used to have problems with sam’s but now gone down hill

   Ordered for a specific time, turned up early. There was a reason i ordered for a specfic time. Normally wouldnt be an issue but why gibe me a choice of time if you dont honour it. It tasted like it was yesterdays donner meat that was left over. It was dry, hard and cardboard like. Absolutly aweful. Something has changed in the last few weeks/months withs Sams.... and it is definitly not for the better!!!

   Always order from sams, and always nice, but dont order a cheesy chip wrap for an adult, its so small 2 bites and its gone, not worth the money at all, sorry sams but its just not worth it at all, you need to up your game on that one. sorry.

   Lovely food!!! Arrived on time, food was hot, very flavoursome, we ordered the number 9 special and was too much to eat in 1 sitting (for 2). I'm normally a bit picky and there's always something I moan about but not 2nite. Will definitely be our go to take away from now on.

   Ordered a chicken wrap with salad. It was delivered in time however it came with pickled red cabbage. My first time ever ordering something with salad so how was i suppose to know they would use a pickled vegetable with the salad.The cabbage pickled in vinegar which contaminated the rest of the wrap and all I could taste was vinegar. I rang to complain and was told next time I order salad tell them you don't want pickled red cabbage. I said it's my first time ordering anything with salad so how was I supposed to know! Safe to say I won't be ordering again

   After placing an order on the app, waited and hour (which is the norm) called to be told the app is not working. I stated that surly money shouldn't be taken if the order hasn't gone through to the shop to have the staff be very rude. In this day and age there is surly a way for the app and the shop to be connected, very poor communication. Wouldn't recommend

   Avoid if you want Cold food and a 2 hour wait. With customer service at a zero rating, with a telephone call handler with an attitude. I asked why so many orders have been taken?Apologising is just masking the problem - incompetence is the true factor here. We ordered food at 7:30pm for 1 hour arrival - which is ok, but too be told @ 1 hour 30 mins the food is just being cooked is a joke. THE SHOP HAS A REFUSE/RETURN ORDER on the JUST EAT COMPUTER which they are continuing NOT USING!, you can not expect your customers to be happy when you are over booking your food orders by hours during busy times. As I regular customer I will take my business elsewhere - and I hope others follow, too save their food also arriving cold.

   Usually good but recent two orders will be last as one ordered off just eat and still charged extra when paying cash so rang to enquire and they were very abrupt and put phone down. Last order was late and sent wrong items and no answer when tried to ring to change. Safe to say the telephone manners are terrible and quality of food is not as good as it used to be i shall not be ordering anymore
