   Been using this shop for years. Most of the staff are excellent and very helpful. Although a couple of the female staff have been quite unhelpful and unwelcoming on occasions. Can be a nightmare on weekends waiting for an available till, with a queue up to back of the shop. Stock is usually very good and decent offers to be found.

   I have been using this shop for years, and it used to be a nice local shop. The staff are always working hard, but it’s clear that hygiene standards are not high, especially considering this is not a cheap shop. The self-checkout service is unbearable, and the old lady behind the counter is quite rude.

   Used to be my favourite convenience store, definitely going to find somewhere else to go now though. No where to park, self serve tills switched to card only the final straw is the young friendly staff being replaced by miserable old women who speak to you sarcastically and make you feel like serving you is far too much effort.

   Its alright. Not many people wearing a mask properly though and it seemed like the staff weren't doing much to stop it. They do support charities and I know that this is very good.

   I’ve been coming into this store for years now. I’m not local to the area but pop in everyday on the way to work. The staff here always seem to go above and beyond and on a number of occasions I’ve seen them helping customers take shopping to their cars or as I witnessed the other day, a member of staff trying to help stop a dog that had got free of its leash. There always seems to be a lot of charities they support. I feel the reviews on this are a poor representation of how the store actually is. Those guys are always working non stop.

   Terrible management and customer service yet again. Something here needs to change. Working with Coop HR and the local council to investigate the management of the store and newer employee hiring process. Thankfully Coop have apologised and are launching a new management scheme to tackle the store imminently. Such a shame, used to be a great shop.

   They have no idea what customer service is. One person on the till with 9 people in the queue. Self scans need attending to with no one helping customers. One individual, quite a large woman (member of staff) was very very rude to multiple customers and was in no rush to help anyone. She woddlea around the shop and is only polite to what seems like her friends. Won’t be coming back.
