How hard is it to check you have all parts of the order. How useless is it to get your dips after you’ve eaten. Why does no one care about service anymore.
Ordered a vegetarian pizza which came with ham on it. Ordered through the app so naturally used their help section to report. Did not get an immediate response the pizza went in the bin. When I finally got a response was told I should of called store and as I did not take photos they would not do anything to resolve. It never occurred to me I would have to prove they put ham on my pizza. Very unreasonable and terrible way to treat customers. Been a customer for years and never complained. First problem and they are not interested
The food is delicious but they put too little, about 40% of the ingredients for a large pizza, I won't order more from there!
I am a big fan of Domino's pizza but have been very disappointed today. A member of staff took my order without saying a word and for a Pepperoni pizza, there was a distinct lack of Pepperoni and cheese. I live 5 minutes walk from the store and the food was cold by the time I got home. Very disappointed on this occasion.
I ordered veg superime with extra topping but the pizza I received was not having base items had only toppings felt bad and wast of money what's unbelievable is while eating I got a piece of cut plastic which I felt absolute unsafe and dangerous I had put a picture , so be careful while eating..
Quick service, easy pick up too as street parking outside was empty
My experience is very good with Papa John's. Delivery is super fast and smooth. Delivery man is very much friendly and polite. I liked the food taste also.
Not good today. Ordered a cheeseburger pizza and it was terrible. Barely any bigmac sauce on it and the beef tasted funny. Also the pizza wasn’t cut properly. This is the 3rd order in a row we haven’t eaten the food so won’t use again. Order number 494884357 and ordered on 24/12/22 from North End.
Discussing there was a piece of blue plastic in the pizza reported it to them and now they won't respond to emails my pregnant partner was chocking on this piece of plastic do not order from here if you value your life
Found a hair in the pizza! they don’t wear hair nets! They just use a hats! Nor wear gloves BTW! gross. A food restaurant as popular as them don’t have the decency to provide uniforms therefor leading to me eating other peoples HAIR! As well as the processed food As well as the cross contamination They don’t wear anything protective just a label They use cycling the way for their transport of food! It’s extortion price considering all of these cons And the price is still going up! Joke sort it out!
