   We had a couple of weeks ago and it was superb. This time however, the chips were cold. Chicken pieces were just breaded rather than real chicken pieces and the cheese and jalapeño things were from lidl's, cause we have them quite alot. Chicken strips were OK but not the same as last time. Why is it so inconsistent ?

   Ordered food online and informed of delivery time. Order didn't arrive so phoned shop. No apology nothing so not happy seems like they don't care.

   Whenever we visit Hayling Island this is our go to for something quick and filling, rather than your standard fish and chips. Both me and my husband went for the chicken fillet meal. Loved the chips (they use french fries). Great to know they are also halal. Quick service, packed nicely as we decided to have it as a takeaway at the sea front. Always very friendly.

   Firstly, our order was taken wrongly at the till but was quickly rectified. After arriving home I discovered my burger wasn’t as ordered, so my partner drove all the way back to complain and get another burger. If this wasn’t bad enough, he was rudely told he would have to wait as they were busy and didn’t receive any apology. The burger and ribs weren’t great but the chicken was ok. Needless to say we won’t be going back any time soon.

   Lovely hot food. Really nice chicken. However was short of one chicken piece and one hot and spicy wing. Staff need to learn to count. Counting to 50 -100 is Year R curriculum so counting to 10 should be simple. Will definitely go back though.
