Andy is a phenomenally good masseur. His knowledge, ability and results are on another level. A friend had a sore knee and couldn’t do much on his activity holiday, then went to see Andy and walked out with no knee problem: it was just a tight muscle. My husband had a knee problem, saw several physios (including knee specialist) who couldn’t work it out. After a series of sessions and weeks with Andy, his knee is in great shape. It wasn’t actually the knee but the muscles surrounding it that were the problem. I am an ex professional athlete and I go for maintenance and injury prevention and have recommended him to countless people. Just book, he’s brilliant.

After suffering from shoulder pain/ reduced movement and having had several massages elsewhere without much relief, I found Andy on Google and am so grateful I did. 2 sessions of uncomfortable massage, I no longer have pain, my movement is great ( no more crunching) and I even noticed a difference with my neck and eyesight. Evident that years of tension had taken its toll, I attend Andy monthly for maintenance and have we have just began working on the tightness in my legs which I had avoided for years due to extreme tenderness. Andy is very professional, his knowledge of muscles/movement and health is exceptional and he will work with you to achieve the best outcomes. I’d highly recommend!

Andy is the best thing that happen to my broken body. As a former multi Kombat sports practitioner, I have a lot of pain and strain in my muscles and joints, in addition to the already common lower back problems. I went to multiple places over the last 20 years, some good but mostly short term solutions. When I came to Andy I didn't expected my life to change in this way, literally he can fix my body (until I break it again). Wear and tear is obvious with me but he keeps resetting my body with every visit and gives back my mobility. Good safety nap after massage and I'm a new man ready to face the world's challenges. Passion, dedication, care, knowledge, results. I stopped searching for these when I first came to Andy almost 2 years ago. Stay safe mate and take care of your health, your hands are pure medicine.

Having suffered from tension in my neck and shoulders for many years I finally decided to seek help. I booked an appointment with Andy 12 weeks ago and would now never consider going anywhere else. Andy is extremely professional and knowledgeable, approaching the treatment methods for each visit to best improve the underlying issue. After 8 treatments I have noticed a massive improvement in my symptoms and feel so much better. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andy who is also an awesome human being as well as a talented practitioner.

I have been seeing Andy regularly now for the past couple of months. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does. As someone who regularly goes to the gym I had unexplained tight hamstrings. Andy was able to identify that I had gone too heavy with my loading sessions in the gym causing hyper tension (90%+ tension) in my hamstrings. After a few treatments with Andy, following his exercises along with some great recovery tips (that I now consider a part of my weekly routine) my body has never felt better! As someone who has seen multiple different physios I cannot recommend Andy enough!

I highly recommend Andy, I’ve been to him a few times now, with back / neck pain and he’s sorted me out each time. He’s very knowledgable and explains what muscles he’s working on so you can picture where the pain/injury stems from. I always come out the sessions feeling so relaxed.

While visiting Aberdeen, for an extended period of time, I injured my lower back (a recurring issue for me). I’ve been a fan and appreciate the benefits of regular massage for many years. However, I had no idea who to go to in Aberdeen. Luckily I found Aberdeen Massage therapies on my search! Andy was very responsive to my queries. His website is easy to follow and the advanced payment feature is a smooth process. Upon arrival Andy greeted me at the door and showed me to a private area set up for his practice. The space and his approach in the initial consultation is very comfortable, relaxing and thorough. Andy’s thorough understanding of anatomy and recommended work is impressive. Throughout the session there is a perfect balance of explanation with quiet focus while Andy identifies and essentially listens to see how your body responds to the massage. At the conclusion Andy provides any further recommendations of on-going self-help and enhancements to the work. I’ve had 2 sessions with Andy and I thoroughly recommend him. My sessions were what I believe is more sports therapy.. not easy relaxing spa sessions. Although I’m sure he could accommodate the style. My first session was focused on relieving my lower back, but in reality this was a lot of glute work as well as hamstrings and quads. Afterwards, I immediately notice some improvement and steadily continued to feel better. My second session I had pain in my hands and shoulders and this was more peck work, upper and lower arms. Interesting thing after the second session, not only did I feel better, I felt lighter. It’s really hard to explain. You’ll have to visit Andy at Aberdeen Massage Therapies and let him do the same for you. Thanks, Andy!

Cannot recommend Andy enough! The man has magic hands, I’m certain of it. Brilliant service from start to finish. Andy is lovely and clearly very knowledgeable. His therapy room is warm and inviting, and Andy even warms the towels on a cold winters day! You will not be disappointed.

Just back from an amazing theraputic massage from Andy, I was in so much pain before I went in and felt like I was walking on air when I left. It is the best massage therapy I have ever had, you have to be prepared that at some points it will be uncomfortable, but that is necessary to get the results. I have had massages all over the world and its just fantastic to find the best one on our door step. looking forward to getting my body sorted out. thanks Andy

If you’ve got a sore bit and aren’t really sure what to do about it then book in for an “ask Andy” session. Andy is super friendly and will listen (proper listen) to what’s bothering you and then together you make a plan. His therapy room is calm and relaxing – immediately putting you at ease. The massage table is comfortable and I’m delighted to report that it is wide enough (for those of us who are a little chunky) to fully relax on without the worry of losing an arm off the side. Quite simply Andy has magic fingers and is able to find the exact right spots on your body to treat. You will walk out of that room feeling a million dollars and knowing you got your money’s worth (and if you have any sense your next appointment already in the diary).
