   Has to be the worst finance company I’ve ever come across. After more than a month of going backwards and forwards, getting an asset inspection completed, ID verifications completed and sent back they decide to change their minds and decline the finance. Has done nothing but cost me time and money and they even had the nerve to call my broker and get them to ask me to stop calling them direct for answers. Avoid and steer clear of such a useless company

   Do not borrow money from this company or any other to buy a lodge or static caravan on a holiday park. These items are worth only a tiny proportion of the inflated purchase price as soon as the ink is dry on the sale.

   Arkle provided finance for a friend of mine, they then terminated his contract after 4 months, English is not his first language and they took advantage of this to force him to seek funding elsewhere and to purchase the car from them. A complaint has now been made to the Financial Ombudsman and the FCA. This company operates in a very discriminatory manner towards vulnerable customers. Unfortunately this is not welcomed in 2024 and we have therefore been forced to complain to the relevant regulatory bodies. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The directors will shy away from any complaints made to the company, they dump this on the desk of someone who has only worked there a few weeks. It would appear their lack of taking responsibility towards customers continues into their office and own people. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Truly awful experience! I bought my dream car with them paid a large deposit then paid all my direct debits in full for 4 months, then without notice they send a fraud investigator to one of my apartment buildings where I have 9 apartments and told the concierge they are investigating me for fraud and removing the car immediately 3 of my tenants over heard this! They didn't inform me of anything didn't even come and ask for the keys instead dragged the car out from the underground garage sideways with straps damaging it and took it away and I didnt even know until the concierge called me, very embarrassing. I was in another city at the time. I called their (investigator he said he had been instructed on easter sunday to drive from glasgow to repossess the car and impound it simple as that) Then they sent me a termination letter of entrapment saying if you are no longer in possession of the car we can terminate the agreement and you owe us 100k !!! I have consulted the top contracts law firm in the UK and the FCA and the Police as its a regulated agreement. Safe to say there is a huge case being brought to them and their actions. I'm shocked, sickened and incredibly upset by their actions to go from 0-100 in 24 hours and treat an innocent person that's made every payment is disgusting! I did nothing wrong kept my side of the agreement and paid everything on time. I even have my disabled badge, wallet and car parking permits in the car and they wont allow me to get them! truly evil people and I have several newspapers coming to do a story on my experience and discrimination today. I have also been asked on several breakfast programs next week to discuss it as its called (Anticipatory breach) which is rife in the finance industry and basically means they can change their mind anytime without notice! You should be ashamed of yourselves ARKLE and get your fact right with evidence before treating people like this!

Blown away by their fresh approach in a tired industry would be an understatement, what a group of forward thinking people at Arkle Finance! Jay arranged what we needed when others said no, they even suggested a couple of things I hadn't considered so I actually saved/made money (dependent on how you look at things) which meant we could go further with our plans.
