    Bought a 2nd hand PS5 and staff were helpful but unfortunately as soon as took it home was noisy and getting pop ups saying is overheating. Clearly didn’t properly test it before selling it. Received a full refund but a big waste of time.

    Fantastic deals with great prices bought a PS4 with controller and a Bluetooth speaker worth £75 paid £15 for it. Saving £60 but paid £115 overall. So I guess it weighs out. Anyways, great staff, very friendly when I lived in Kettering. Fantastic shop!!

    I am over the moon with the items I received from the online store, however, I am only leaving 3 stars as the size of the bracelet I purchased was not described on the listing. I called the store multiple times with no answer and sent an enquiry email with no reply. Great product but poor communication.
