   Wanted Jonathan to sort out our pensions. He started the ground work then after 3 months didn’t respond to any phone calls or emails. After about 8 months he emailed apologised for not getting in touch and if we still needed him to carry on he would. Again we phoned him, left messages and emailed him- no response. Talking to others who have tried to use him have experienced the same awful service. Obviously he doesn’t want the business
