I used to absolutely love this nursery and recommended it to anyone. Sadly, since the new management took over, things have gone downhill fast. You can tell things aren’t right when so many staff members have left in just a few months. The nursery itself is a lovely place with so much potential, and my eldest had the best experience from 12 months old to age 4, which makes all of this even more disappointing. I ended up pulling my youngest out with immediate effect after two years because of serious safeguarding concerns. What’s even worse is that it’s been over a month and I still haven’t had any kind of explanation nor an apology. For something that serious, the lack of communication is honestly shocking. It also doesn't sit right seeing that most of the recent 5-star reviews seem to be written by staff or their family members. It feels really misleading when parents are trying to get an honest opinion of the nursery and are looing for the best for their children. I really hope things improve, because this nursery used to be amazing, but right now, I couldn’t recommend it at all.

My son attended this nursery and I highly recommend it. Such a warm and welcoming nursery, all staff go above and beyond to make sure children feel safe and welcome. So much so my son never wanted to leave to go to school. I have recommended this nursery to friends and family and will continue to do so.

My little boy has been to both the main nursery and is now in the new baby nursery and he loves it. The girls are all lovely, will always fill you in on how their day has gone and you can tell they really get to know the babies. So easy to get in touch with and they’ll always reassure you and give any updates throughout the day. I’ve recommended to a few friends with babies and will continue to do so!

I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough! All of my children have attended over the years, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff are so kind, nurturing, and truly dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can thrive. My kids have always loved their time here – they’ve had fun, made friends, and grown in confidence. As a parent, it’s such a comfort knowing they are cared for by people who genuinely love what they do. I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else – this nursery really feels like a second home for them.

I truly believe different nurseries suit different children and this nursery is perfect for my Daughter. They recognise children with additional needs from an early age and are inclusive to all. The staff have been accommodating and genuinely enjoy working there.
