Three of us made a reservation for lunch and we were very much looking forward it we were welcomed in. However when I asked where the toilet was they pointed at it and said over there very abruptly almost like we should know where it was already. This was our first time there. We ordered our starters and mains the staters were very small and not of good quality. When we had our mains again very small and even worse quality , the waitress asked if we would like Parmesan on our meals one of us said yes please when the waitress put it on it was lumpy and she just dropped on the meal with some of it dropping on their lap no apologies they just walked off. The Lasagne was a disgrace we looked for some meat and found next to nothing and most of the meal was not eaten because the quality was so bad. A very small tip was still left although I believe a full refund would have been more appropriate. We will not being using this restaurant again.

Our visit to Fino can be summed up with one word, disappointing. The member of staff assigned to our table was rude and we didn't feel welcome or relaxed. We asked a couple of questions to which we received abrupt responses. She was grumpy and unfriendly. The food was disappointing too. The arancini starter was literally two mouthfuls. The lasagne contained very little meat and lacked any taste. Most of this was left as it was not pleasant to eat. We went in smiling and looking forward to a lovely meal and left feeling dissatisfied. We won't be returning in the future.

ββ˜†β˜†β˜†β˜† I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I would strongly recommend reading other recent negative reviews before booking. Before booking, I specifically asked for a quiet room and explained I was attending an intense conference and struggle with sleep. At no point was I advised to book elsewhere or warned that quiet rooms were not available. Instead, I was given a room directly above a kitchen, with very little sound insulation. There was invasive noise that didn’t lessen until around 11pm and again from 6.55am, with constant banging of doors, machinery, staff talking and laughing, and a very loud extractor fan directly above the room (with another beside it). Early in the morning the noise was so intrusive the room was actually vibrating. The room was also extremely cold. There is no central heating, only a noisy and inadequate wall heater which was off on arrival and clicked on and off throughout the night. As there is no hotel reception, I had to call the restaurant to ask for it to be turned on. When I asked to be moved, I was told all the rooms are noisy β€” something I wish had been made clear when I specifically requested a quiet room before booking. Despite the heater being on, I ended up sleeping fully clothed. Overall, the rooms feel like an afterthought: accessed via a separate back entrance, no front desk, no welcome file, only a few laminated warning notices. The room faced a car park, multiple noisy extractors, a busy roundabout, and a brightly lit Tesco Extra opposite. There is no sound insulation. The dΓ©cor is grey-white and not cosy, there was no desk to work at, and although the room had a bath, there was no shower attachment to wash hair. The bathroom was cold and cramped. ALL of this I would have accepted if I had had a nice response to my discomfort. But what was most disappointing was the response from the owner. I politely explained the situation and that after calling, messaging, and emailing with no response, I left at 8.30am to find alternative accommodation as there was no one available on site to speak to. I later received an email that felt unempathetic and accusatory, focusing on justifying the disruption rather than acknowledging the impact on my stay or showing any genuine concern that I had to leave a night early. The tone was cold and dismissive. That response represents the business, and unfortunately it reflected a clear lack of care for guest wellbeing. Since then, three separate polite requests for a refund for the unused night have been ignored, which I found very disappointing. For contrast, I moved to the Beachcroft Hotel & Restaurant, where the difference in hospitality was remarkable. Despite also hosting Christmas parties, they warned me in advance, found me their quietest room not above the restaurant, and I didn’t hear a thing. They price-matched my room so I could stay within budget, which felt genuinely considerate. I had a sea view, a super-king bed, a large comfortable bathroom with shower over bath, luxury products, a proper desk with mirror, a substantial welcome file and brochure, and thoughtful touches throughout. They even put the TV on a classical music channel after noticing I am a classical singer. Luxury teas and hot chocolate were provided. It felt calm, thoughtful, and genuinely guest-focused. I lived in Italy for many years, and my experience of Italian hospitality has always been warm, generous, and attentive to guest comfort. Sadly, that was not reflected here. I would not stay at Fino Rooms again.

Went for a fabulous work Christmas lunch this week and the service was impeccable. They didn't miss a beat with any of the 15 attendees and every meal was correct (sometimes a tricky feat when there's a big group!) Could not fault it. Highly recommend for big groups!

Another great evening on Saturday 29th November at our lovely award winning local Italian restaurant. Helpful, professional staff and perfect service from the friendly, knowledgable team with a superb menu to match at an ideal location just minutes away. Thank you all for a most enjoyable evening in seasonal surroundings.

Tonight My husband and me went here for my birthday meal. The staff were fantastic and friendly and let us have our table early too. The food was beautiful and we ate everything. They even put a candle in my pudding and wished me a happy birthday. Thank you Fino =)

A very wonderful place. The staff is very friendly, great atmosphere. The food is very tasty, large portions. The most important thing is that the risotto met his expectations. I recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Delightful family restaurant, with attentive and efficient staff. We decided on an ad-hoc meal out and were able to book online for an hour later. We immediately felt welcome and were quickly seated with a drink shortly after. There is no shortage of tantalising food, so it is a challenge to narrow the choice down! Food was served quickly and really hot. We were never neglected, and didn't feel pressured either, as can sometimes be the case with a popular venue. The food was something else, utterly delicious, if a little pricey - but not overly so. It feels like you get what you pay for. The whole evening felt like something special, without being too formal. We could relax, feel valued and enjoy a delicious meal at our pace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fino. It's a cut above, but doesn't break the bank. Welcoming staff, beautiful venue and delicious food.

Our first time as a couple at Fino and I asked myself why we don't eat here more? The menu and food was outstanding with excellent service from start to finish. You can see just how hard the management and staff work to ensure you are looked after and enjoy restaurant. All food is cooked to order with quality ingredients used. Draft beers and nice wine list. We paid our bill and thanked one of the owners for looking after us so well. We can't wait to start using this place more as it's right on our doorstep having move to Felpham within the last couple of months. Huge thanks to the team for making our visit great. Plenty of parking too.,

Fantastic! So tasty, good sized portions and great value! I'm absolutely shocked that somebody who said that the portion sizes are small and that the food lacked seasoning. We had the two course early evening menu. Tuesday night and the atmosphere was lovely, lively but not loud. Perfecto!!
