I Told them no cream in the notes and then it rocks up with cream on it. I then Rang up and asked for another one to get sent out to replace. They just hung up the phone now can't contact them. (I also ordered from here previously and it didn't even turn up with no refund.
Its a shame that I feel like I have to do this, Their food is great, But to receive a phone call to tell me I have to pay extra to have our food delivered is uncalled for. Now please note, according to my Uber App we have ordered from them over a dozen times, in that time we have only had one issue, which was they ran out of strawberries, which does not bother me. But for them to claim my address is too far for delivery which is 2.9miles from their shop (7minutes according to google maps) and that I have to pay an extra delivery charge on top just wont fly with me. I would understand if it was a small order but this was not, it was 2 waffle orders 2 donut order and drinks. Sadly we wont be coming back to Misshakes again. As a side note, I have decided to change the service rating from a 1 star (which was given due to their staff claiming that the Uber Eats app was to blame), to 3 stars, this is in thanks to Misshakes Manger, while I was writing this out she called me and offered to make this issue right. Due to no fault of her own we decided to reject her offer of remaking the order and it been free of charge, of which this I thank her, but sadly can not trust her staff to remake.
Ordered tonight, milkshake and waffles. Fantastic delivery service, friendly and polite. Food was amazing, everything fresh and great portions. Will be ordering again!
Absolutely recommend miss shakes . There fantastic on price , quality and quantity. Everything tastes amazing our personal favourites are the milk shakes , waffles and there NEW crepes wow how delish xx The staff are so lovely and extremely happy to help there's two different ladies we see one with fantastic eye lashes and another with ginger hair they both do a great job at making delicious treats for all the family xx

Oh my goodness.... I ordered 3 items at 2219hrs they closed at 2300hrs! I asked them to call me when they came to my home as I have anxiety... I ordered and had a call less than 20mins.... my delivery had arrived and oh my God like these cookie doughs I'd bought was absolutely fantastically delicious!! I used to go somewhere else.... and after seeing these have more items to choose what you want on them also... wow these compared to my other favourite are £3-4's cheaper is definitely worth the price... the cookie dough are pretty big size. All I can say is try for yourself you I doubt you'll be failed.... this is my now favourite n cheaper choice of sweet cookie dough HEAVEN xx
Food is great although feel is a little overpriced for what you get 4 pound 50 would be better for the cookie dough
