   Note to the Franchisee, How come you guys are so inefficient to leave your one staff alone in the restaurant? Does health and safety allowed this? I came this morning and found she was struggling as store was busy and she was alone even though she was trying her best… I over heard one delivery driver came and she couldn’t gave him the food as it wasn’t ready! Then the rider left! Isn’t it creating another bad reputation for the business as you are keeping the customers waiting more than usual! I even frustrated by this morning you guys let me down! Probably I’ll look somewhere else for my morning breakfast.. Note to The Area Manager: Could you please take some initiative that the franchisee maintain the health and safety rules by keeping two employees always it will increase the business and will improve customer services.

   I don't normally give bad reviews but when you wait for over an hour and a half for a shop that's minutes away, then I do! When the food arrives, it is in soggy cartons as its sweated in the plastic bag, so the wrap was soggy - and the chips were stone cold! The receipt attached to the bag clearly showed it had been driven about for about 40 minutes!! So if I could have left zero stars, I would have!

   Got to love a dunkin. Even at 7.30 pm on a Sunday they and a good selection of doughnuts, good coffee too. Also its about the only place to get a coffee at that time on a Sunday in Doncaster

   Given this subway multiple tries In the last few months as everywhere has bad days. But it’s been terrible each time. I never write reviews but feel as though people need to know not to waste their money. Very stingy portion sizes in comparison to other subways and staff can be rude. Definitely worth the extra few minutes drive to a different subway.

   Last couple experiences just being bad, small portions of meat to other subway stores, constantly forgetting items, cookies burnt. Disappointing as this store is convenient to me, but go to Mt pleasant subway, far better.
