Our son joined mumbles stone 2 months ago. The staff are so in touch with all of the children, handovers are thoroug and they keep us up to date throughout the day. The nursery eminates a safe and homely feeling and we feel like we really dropped on here.
Mumbles in Stone is a fantastic nursery. My little boy has really flourished since starting and the staff are always kind, compassionate and go the extra mile. Mumbles is more like a family and really make each child feel valued and welcome. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Additionally, the communication between the manager and staff is brilliant, when I have needed extra letters and information for health appointments they have always been so accommodating. The area manager Sam always have a big smile on her face and is very welcoming always there to listen and talk and the Sue the manager of the nursery has gone above and beyond for us as a family. Since moving to Mumbles from a childminder setting, our daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Staff have recognised when to move her up to more advanced stage classes, where she has thrived. In addition to this, we have worked together in trying to understand some of the negative behaviours, working closely to ensure we have put in the correct support measures for our child's needs. Our son joined Mumbles when he turned one. Staff were great with him, ensuring he settled in quickly. He loves going into nursery and has come so far over the year thanks to his great key workers.
My son, now nearly four, has been attending Mumbles since he was 15 months. It was the first nursery we looked at after we relocated and I'm so glad we chose Mumbles. I was a bit apprehensive for my son to start with (given the move and the fact that we used a childminder before), but the staff were very welcoming and caring and my son settled in very well. He still enjoys Mumbles a lot and I am very happy with the progress he makes thanks to the amazing staff.

Our son started at Mumbles 5 months ago after we relocated. It was a worry for us as our son had loved his first nursery that he'd attended for 6 months, but there was absolutely no need for us to worry! He settled in so quickly thanks to the fabulous staff at Mumbles and now it is difficult to get him leave at the end of the day! Since our son has started we have actually increased his hours at the nursery as he loves it so much. Our family have commented a few times at how he seems to have come into himself since attending, with his movement, speech and general understanding all thriving. Our son is now 19 months and we are so pleased that we picked Mumbles. Massive thank you to all the staff again for all the time that they dedicate to our son.
Really great nursery full of friendly and passionate staff. Lots of rooms with countless different activities, including a lovely large outdoor area with toys, climbing frames, mud kitchen and sunshades when it is hot. Very clean and well maintained.
