   All I can say is that Wayne is a magician with numbers-he is able to make things happen, where others can't. Even my estate agent was extremely impressed with the work that Wayne did, regarding my mortgage. I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser. Apart from doing magic with the numbers and getting rates that are affordable, Wayne was always available. If he didn't pick up, he would get back to me promptly, explain things to me in terms that I understood and no question was too much for Wayne...and I ask a lot of questions...Wayne is always polite, clear and has a great sense of humour, which makes him more approachable than other mortgage advisers who often come across quite dry. Again I'd like to thank him for all his work as if it wasn't for him I don't think I would have had such a great mortgage rate in these difficult times.

   I highly recommend Caroline Reynolds as Mortgage Advisor, so much so, I have recommended her to numerous people before we had even completed on our property. We were first time buyers so had a lot of questions, but Caroline explained everything in such detail and was always on the other end of the phone for any other questions, no questions too silly, nothing too much of an ask. She gave us advice on other products that we had not considered prior which was very helpful. She is a wonderful person, very kind, helpful & friendly. 10/10 from us & will be using her again in the future.
