Tables were dirty- had to ask for it to be cleaned. Ladies toilet had no loo roll. So went to men’s and boy oh boy! Absolutely filthy with wee. I will not return.
Taco Bell is my some of my favourite takeaway food on earth... just not this one. They dish out portions like a business going into bankruptcy. Order an XL fries? Regular portion in a large box. Order cheese sauce + sour cream fries? You will be spared less than a teaspoon of sour cream. This is also incredibly inconsistent. One day you'll order and everything will be perfect. Other days, you'll order a crunchwrap with chicken, and it'll rock up with 80% beans, 20% chicken, and 3 strips of lettuce. Unfortunately, it makes me no longer want to order Taco Bell, which sucks because I either need to go to another branch, or just get something else.
Im not one to complain if anything i love to prais buisneses but i orded 3 things a crunch wrap supreem a burito and cinnamon twists both female workers we stood having a chat it took my husband getting his order for kfc and an order form dunkin doughnuts which bear in mind were both busy for them then to give me my 3 items about 40 minits later thats taking the piss taco bell wasnt busy there was me 1 outher person.
Absolutely disgusting!! Food was so salty, I opened the wrap and this was the mess inside. No consistency at all. Can’t blame the staff as the management clearly think it is acceptable to give zero training and don’t bother checking in with how the food is cooked. The worst part is we were waiting ten minutes at the window for what we thought would be fresh food! Poor quality experience.
Taco Bell at is just off the A57 outside Worksop, close to 2 main shopping stores Asda and Sainsbury. Eating in, drive thru and online deliveries are all available here. Along with other fastfood outlets in the same location. The outlet itself was very modern looking and clean. Seating inside for around 30 people on the ground floor level. 2 touch screens inside to place your orders or you can go retro and order direct at the counter. Food arrived in under 10mins as it wasn't very busy on the Saturday evening at 6pm. The food was hot and tasty. Staff were well presented and polite and busy at all times. On this visit we had the Volcano Burrito meal and Chicken Quesadilla meal. Both came with spicy fries and very tasty. There is plenty of parking spaces available and disabled is right outside the door. Access to the venue is via a push/pull door so may cause some hindrance for pushchair or disabled users. Back when this place first opened it was pretty awful to be honest, but they've really turned it around. The gent at the drive thru was clear, very polite and generally very pleasant, the food was all there, and all really nice. Great to see the place back up to the quality that made me fall in love with taco Bell
Visited the Worksop Taco Bell for the first time as it’s not long been there , had the volcano burrito meal which was nice, a bit tight in the fries & the taco I ordered had loads of salad at the top & small amount of meat in the bottom , staff were nice enough, few of the tables needed cleaned but there was only a few customers in eating , would go again
The only star is for the poor girl at reception was new and was left to her own devices by the manager on the day, on her first day. The food was utterly poor. Next to no meat in it, only some tomato chunks thrown in. The manager’s answer to this was “it never looks like it does on the pictures”.
