   Marc, Georgia and Millie at Roost Finance made our whole buying process completely smooth and stress free. As first-time buyers, Marc’s advice helped us to understand what was best for us in terms of our mortgage. Georgia, our case handler, was very helpful and was available over phone at anytime to answer questions. We also did our life insurance and home insurance through roost.    Steve was recommended to us by a friend, after a poor experience with another mortgage broker (free advice via work). We were impressed with Steve’s knowledge of the products available, and nuances between individual providers from his own experience working with them. Steve took the time to understand our individual circumstances, and after discussing our preferences, we identified a suitable product which was competitive during a time of interest rate volatility. Supported by Melissa, Steve and Melissa were always available to answer any questions without lengthy delays in responses or ambiguity surrounding the product. Arranging our mortgage with Steve was smoothest part of buying our first home, and we won’t hesitate to recommend Steve / Roost to family and friends (if you are reading this, get in touch!).    Steve & Melissa were amazing! I can't praise them enough. Steve was great at explaining every part of the process to us and making sure we understood everything. He sounded so confident that he could help us that we immediately felt as ease. He found us a lender really quickly. Melissa then helped us every step of the way right to completion. She always responded to our emails within an hour, it made us feel so comfortable knowing our mortgage was in good hands. I can't recommend them enough.

   I found Roost Finance via the State Agent that I was about to purchase my first property. At the first instance my knowledge about this subject was almost none. I even didn’t know where to start. My offer was accepted on a Thursday afternoon, and the next Monday Afternoon I was having a meeting with Clive to discuss the best option to apply for a Mortgage. Clive and his Team were absolutely amazing and fantastic during the whole process. Regardless the difficulties that we had during the whole process, Clive was always very professional and a very dedicated person. Clive and I talked through our circumstances by phone, and he very patiently explained the various options and rates that were available to us. Clive kept us up-to-date with every step of the process, from consultation to submitting the application to the bank, to informing us once the funds had been released for completion. Melissa was also very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Overall, it was a very straightforward and uncomplicated process to secure a mortgage through Roost.
