I when to subway on the 16.9.25 and got an orange juice but it when to out of date 29/08/2025…doesn’t no one check the fridge, it isn’t hard
I ordered on the app and took all the things I didn't like off but when it arrived I got hot sauce in and all the salad I didn't like in it as I ordered two footlong i tried phoning but can't get threw. I ended up throwing them out and wasted 21 pounds. All because the staff didn't read the notes to say what I wanted in them so ended up with no food and wasting money wont be going here again
I use this store regularly be it in store or takaway (because I have no other subway on my route/near me). In store the order is right but the staff are incompetent, slow & usually too busy chatting to each other or their friends (either behind or in front of the counter). Deliveries are usually always wrong and take forever, be it missing ingredients or added ones I didn't ask for, I ask for toasted and it turns up not toasted, it also turns up freezing cold.
Staff are friendly and helpful, food was amazing. I actually forgot to pick up my handbag after eating there and got all the way home with out it... I went back to ask if anyone had handed it in but the staff had noticed it and put it behind the counter. So grateful I got my handbag back.
Ordered food from here. Footlongs came as 6 inch, wasn't toasted and they were squashed as they were at the bottom of the bag with drinks on top. I understand making and packaging sandwiches is incredibly difficult, but shouldn't have to pay for that quality and care
not very friendly staff, seemed distant or distracted.
Best Subway branch in Hull. Just had my second exceptional visit they have a great attitude and always get it right. Vg.
Fantastic friendly helpful staff, I have coeliac disease so need a strict gluten free diet, the staff made sure everything was cleaned down & clean gloves, to make sure of no contamination. Staff went above & beyond.
There was quite a queue inside but the staff where efficient. Good selection & the cappuccino was fab. Clean and well ventilated definitely recommend for a weekend lunch
Although it wasn't too busy, getting served seemed to take ages. Sandwich presentation wasn't good as we had to rewrap them in the car to stop the sandwiches falling out. The sandwich artists were more interested in their own conversations rather than serving the customers so we had to repeat our order a few times. When ordering the next item, we felt like it was a chore to order it and it was causing them a hassle. It wasn't a difficult order. Probably won't be returning.
