   Well what can I can say apart from if you are spending money with love music trust i would immediately stop. Unfortunately due to us cancelling our DD, this due to the teacher not turning up and our son still being at grade 1 (sould be starting grade 3 for his final year before his GCSEs) it has come to our attention and the schools attention that our son is very behind. With a apology from the instructor stating that his technics haven't been correct and that he has been teaching our son at a grade 1, the company still haven't supported us in anyway about how they can resolve in helping our son get upto a high standard for his GCSEs and have just made excuses after excuse. We have now had to find a drumming instructor outside of school that will hopefully get out son upto grade 3 in time. This company is clearly more interested in the money than supporting the children in learning. Disheartened doesn't come close to how let down we feel I'm result of the response I'm now updating this post. There hasn't been any communication to deal with this matter. Apart from a apology from the instructor which also stated that he wasn't teaching the correct techniques. There has been no communication about how resolving this matter. The only response that I've got is to sugar coat the loss of learning for our son. Not to resolve this matter!

   As a teacher with no deep knowledge of music, my experience of observing a drumming class with Becky fully justified my belief that bringing in external expertise is a fantastic idea. Infinitely better than I could have done, fantastic for all involved.
