Excellent nursery! My little boy absolutely loved going there and enjoying all the activities they did and learning new things. They definitely brought the best out of him.will be forever grateful for the abc team
ABC Nursery, has great potential and have being impacting the community and families of many homes in a positive way. Their values and principles in good standard, I know there are room for change, but with consistency and proper guidance. They will rise to be one of the best nursery in the UK.
Disgusting service. We lasted 4 days. I truly have no idea what the rest of these reviews are about. My daughter is type 1 and 3 years old. She was singled out from day 1. Perhaps they just can’t be bothered to care for kids with extra needs, that was the overwhelming feeling we had throughout. Staff were given training by specialist nurses and still had no idea. They injected my daughter in the wrong area and made her bleed. They used padlocks to lock her bum bag shut which is used to keep her medical device in which is needed urgently in emergencies. I explained this on day 1 and said I wasn’t happy that they were being used. They said if I deleted everything from the device except diabetes info then padlocks weren’t needed. My daughter was dropped off today at 8am and I was phoned at 8.50 to be told she was being difficult (an unsettled 3 year old in a new place), I picked her up and her key worker was exposed for lying to us by my 3 year old. She had removed the padlocks just before I arrived. Disgusted doesn’t even cut it. We paid upfront for January and she’s had 2 full days there. The other 2 she was collected early. We asked for a refund and we’ve been blocked on WhatsApp. Lynsey Taylor- when you see this, we would appreciate our money returned asap because I can’t be bothered to take this further but I have a very good case if I need to. The way my daughter was excluded and singled out and the way we were lied to is appalling. My daughter has medical needs and information was ignored.
My son comes here for holiday club during the summer holidays and absolutely loves it. He can't wait to come back and always talks about how much he enjoyed it. Its so nice to know my son is enjoying himself so there's no guilt when I have to work!
I have 3 boys and all have through ABC, they all loved their time there and I was able to return to work with minimal mum guilt knowing they were looked after and having fun whilst learning. Highly recommend both ABC pre-school and out of school club. The day trips are brilliant.
My son's been at the nursery for the past 1year and half. It's been a fantastic journey for my son! He has bloomed into a strong independent and confident child. Most of this we put down to the lovely staff and the homely atmosphere. All the staff are friendly, polite and very nurturing. Extremely pleased with my son's progression. Sad to say goodbye. I've had 3 kids at the ABC house and after that the ABC pre-school and holiday club. They have always enjoyed going. My youngest started the ABC house at 6 months and as difficult as having a stranger looking after your baby is, I have trusted them completely and never had any issues. When it was time to move on from the house to the pre-school they helped my kids transitions by letting them visit the pre school regularly during nursery hours. My other son now 4 absolutely loves the pre-school and his new friends there. They always love bumping into the staff outside of nursery hours and you can tell they have a close bond. I would absolutely recommend this setting.
