    Turned up at 5.50 when it shuts at 6. Already closed and nobody to be seen. Don’t say you’re open til 6 when you’re not as it is a waste of people’s time and shows a distinct lack of respect for customers. Also, got the whole “they don’t work for Asda” chat off the boy behind the cigarette counter adjacent. Well, it’s called “Asda travel money” so kinda sounds quite like Asda to me!

    Terrible service, I drived for one hour during their normal working hours just to find out that the store was closed because the employee called in sick. I can understand this but its easy to set up automatic emails to notify your customers if the store is closed when it was meant to be open. No professionalism, no customer service, no care for their customers. Avoid.

    The lady who works at the bureau explained the benefits of a travel card and if I wanted could use half cash and the rest on the card I decided to take the card and cash it only took 5 minutes to set up, all the while I was explained the various uses of the card, really friendly and helpful service, will be back
