   Was desperately attempting to track down a particular item and discovered the only store in the UK that had my size was Portsmouth. Rang them and spoke to Tracey who was fabulous. Called me back when she said she would (unusual in today’s world) and had located my item. She was kind enough to post out to me (I live in Manchester), take my payment over the phone AND spelt my surname correctly which never happens! Super efficient, Tracey was sensational and a fabulous company to shop with. Just perfect all round.

   Absolutely wonderful shop full of beautiful clothes. The staff were also so friendly and helpful - Anna spent a long time helping me choose an item, searched tirelessly to find me the size I was after and when they didn’t have it in stock there, ordered it online for me there and then.    My sister and myself had a real treat whilst shopping at HOBBS Gun Wharf Quays when we were served by Ginny. A lovely young woman who was professional, helpful and kind. From the minute she greeted us at the door of the store until we left she couldn’t have been more helpful…whilst not imposing herself upon us. We bought a gorgeous dress and a pair of shoes which were both beautifully wrapped with care and attention. We also were dealt with by the store manager who also added to us having a pleasant shopping experience……definitely shop there again.

   I had a wonderful experience in the shop today. I was looking for a wedding outfit and Rifa was very helpful with helping me try on my dresses and between us I have found a beautiful dress and jacket that fits perfectly. Also thanks to Clare who was on hand to offer advice. The customer service was exceptional and I would thoroughly recommend visiting this shop in Gunwharf and finding the perfect bargain.

   Hobbs customer service is fantastic and very customer focused. Staff all helpful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Retail stores and online store work together seamlessly instead of separate businesses like so many others. Other retailers could learn from Hobbs! Bravo Team Hobbs.
