I needed an outfit for a business event and was feeling uncertain as I have gained a lot of weight due to long covid. An assistant asked me if I needed some help and I explained my situation. She was amazing- lots of ideas, honest but friendly feedback and I came out with the perfect outfit plus a few other very useful wardrobe extras. Other assistants also helped and were just as nice. I have lost 5kg, and aim to continue to lose a lot more now I am better so I can go back and be looked after by the lovely ladies at Jigsaw Chichester

This branch is one of the premier locations for Jigsaw. Very friendly staff who have been at the branch long term and will advise customers if they wish.
Felt really disappointed this afternoon when I popped into the Chichester Branch. No eye contact, or friendly welcome as my daughter and I entered. I tried on a jumper/poncho but still no response from either of the sale assistance. One was too busy dusting a glass counter the other looked as though she'd swollowed a wasp. As a long term loyal Jigsaw customer, 20 years, I'm going to my local Brighton branch as normal where the ladies are always friendly, helpful and above all happy for me even just to pop in and browse. Well done Brighton!!
