   First impressions the place was empty at 15:10 two female staff leaning doing nothing the state of the shop floor was disgraceful we couldn’t actually sit in and eat if we wanted to, we couldn’t just sit down while we waited. The dirty tables grease everywhere, rubbish round the drinks machine sticky spillages all over, the bin by the door overflowing with crap not to mention that bin is in great view from the counter just lazy staff clearly working minimum hours to receive a top up in benefits! one staff member actually came from behind the counter and used the toilets not checking the shop floor once but everything was visibly dirty. Not only that me and my partner only people in the restaurant she didn’t even acknowledge our presence nor when handing our food. Another two customers walked in and back out again when they saw the state of the place. Now the food I’ve never had a bad Taco Bell because it’s fool proof anyone can do it. Not these two staff members the mince meat was so dry it had no grease no juices from the seasoning it was just as dry as sand that’s the texture of it, clearly very old meat even the sour cream was dried out and lumpy inside, salad was brown awful experience will not be returning

   One lovely worked at this Taco Bell called angel is an absolute angel! He has served me a couple of times and always put a smile on my face and made me really laugh, he is such a sweet person and this particular Taco Bell are so lucky to have him working there, he honestly brightens my day every time I go, thank you angel for your brilliant service and kindness, never stop been you!

   First impressions.... Tables needed wiping, floor needed sweeping, drinks area needed cleaning. Toilets dirty. Staff were polite, food average. Lasting impression: we won't be visiting this taco bell again.

   Nice food but a bit slow preparing the order. Staff were young and didnt really look like they wanted to be there. Was my first time having a taco bell and I did really enjoy it ..just shame about the service

   First time in a Taco Bell and the food was quick, hot and absolutely amazing. The chips/fries were crispy and frankly awesome. The volcano burrito wasn't huge, but my was it tasty. I'll be back soon!

   Staff fantastic. Food was picked up, taken to our seat, and was already cold. Yes, it was a cold day but not this cold! The image did not match the food presentation. I know it's fast food, but still. Having been to tacobell in other countries, this was exciting to be close to home. But it needs a bit of a presentation, please. As like all the fast food outlets you're a cheap meal in the UK. Again staff were kind helpfull friendly informative. Place nice and clean. We will come back to see if it was just a bad night, not the standard!

   Very quiet at 5pm, so service was fast. I like the variety of foods, also veggie options. Cheese and black bean wrap (simple or 7 layer) was nice, should have asked for extra topping black beans. Cheese is Kraft processed cheese, not my favourite. Main gripe about the place is that toilet floor was dirty, toilet seat only attached at one point, and no toilet paper - out of keeping with rest of the place

   For fast food Taco Bell is by far the slowest out there. I went through the drive through, as I pulled up there was a car already at the window and a car finishing up ordering. It took 15 minutes before I had even ordered my food and a further 10 minutes to be given my food. Inside was not what I would consider busy either so what they were actually doing, only god knows!

   Ordered our food, my fiance ordered a large meal (meaning he'd paid for a large drink) and we understand running out of certain sizes, but he only got offered either a regular cup or a can from the fridge, rather than the size he paid for. When we got back home, even though we waited ages for our food, they had forgotten his main food...and they were bopping and dancing around in the kitchen, clearly instead of focusing on getting their orders right! So my fiance lost a total of £8 and was furious, as was I. It was too far and too late to go back and complain, and we were left very annoyed.
