   Genuinely the most terrible service i’ve experienced, ordered multiple times now and every time my order has taken 1-2 hours and has arrived stale and destroyed. All be it the food does still taste good but it’s not worth it, the staff are lazy and don’t pickup the phone even after calling them 5 times IN A ROW. Actually appalling, a staff rehaul is needed desperately, just straight laziness for such a quiet easy store.

   I enjoyed my meal here, even if I had to wait a little time. Watch out though, as the car park is only free for 60 mins. I received a fine for overstaying, due to waiting for food, eating and then finding terrible traffic outside due to a football match ending plus temporary traffic lights outside. An expensive meal

   35 mins wait time! For two basic meals. Do better Taco Bell. The staff look like they are working in reverse. Everything is so slow. The wait time is insane. Not a smile to be seen. You can tell the staff really don't want to be here. Depressing atmosphere and dull music in the background. Every few minutes, the door will SLAM shut from people entering or leaving. This really is a dull experience that I can only compare to sitting in a doctors surgery waiting room. The food is good, though, but it's not enough to come back again. 35 mins wait time!

   I can see why Taco Bell is not working well in UK if this is the standard. Food was mediocre (very small portions), huge wait due to the number of under-eats drivers collecting orders. The restaurant was freezing cold, the music was too loud, the bathroom is ‘out or order permanently’ (hand written note on the door) and there appears to be a leaking roof. We won’t be back (first time for the grandchildren and they weren’t impressed either).

   Myself and my husband pop in occasionally when on an errand. Whilst the food is usually what you pay for, this time round there was pink fluff in the chips and the burrito was cold. The store was barely open an hour and I was the 4th order, and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. Half the drinks were just flushing out water too. I'm sure the staff work hard, but something needs to be sorted. Toilets also dirty and one was out of action.

   The place was filthy..every table dirty or with rubbish on them..the floors had rubbish all over them..no straws were served with the drinks..the food was rank..on the way out I was gonna ask for a serviette but none of the 4 staff on were at the service desk..just all sat in the back chatting..first and last visit!

   You would get better service off my dead nan. Ordered 2 identical meals and 1 extra and that took about 5 mins to take. Got to the window and took about 8 mins to receive my order and then got home, the extra was missing and the North Pole was warmer than the chips

   We ordered chips and they were nice and crispy. The ambience was fine but , the floor was messy and rubbish and here and there. Hence 4 stars!
