   I ordered some earrings online. It didn’t say anything about them being made of plastic and given the price tag i presumed they were real. I emailed twice about returning them but didn’t hear back so i am now stuck with some earrings i will never wear and £42 short. I wanted to resolve this over email but have been left with no choice but to leave this review which feels like a shame as the other reviews seem so positive! I would still like my refund so hope to hear from you guys.

   I visited this beautiful shop in Gosport recently, the service was impeccable I brought 2 petticoats, a beautiful 50s dress, a pair of 50s high waisted trousers and 2 tops and I couldn’t of been more pleased, the clothes are beautiful and the service was fabulous, I would highly recommend and will be returning soon !!

   This was my first time ordering from Voluptuous Vintage, so was a little apprehensive, as you can never be too sure these days. But, I needn't have worried. The service received was amazing. My purchase was delivered the next day and was beautifully packaged, with a lovely hand written note, giving it that extra special touch.    I bought a Banned Apparel dress from VV. It was a sale item and priced extremely reasonably. Therefore, I had guarded my expectations against the quality. I need not have worried. It is a fabulous dress. The quality, pattern and style are just so. As for the service and deliver time, exemplary. There was even a complimentary headscarf and a little thank you note in the tissue paper used to wrap the item. I shall definitely be shopping with VV again. Such a smashing company.

   You won’t find somewhere else like this. An amazing mix of genuinely timeless and elegant stock that you can’t find on the high street. I bought presents for my daughter and sister-in-law. Great service and great advice round it all out. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Amazing! I had a last minute dress emergancy and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful - I emailed in and had a prompt response, the service I received was so personalised and the experience was amazing - I felt really special (and I usually hate shipping!!). I also had to take my toddler with me (not ideal) but they were soooo accommodating and even had a box of toys!

   Unfortunately the item I ordered was not available so I was offered a refund or a replacement of something similar. I chose the replacement and I'm so glad I did. It arrived really quickly and packaged beautifully. I will definitely be ordering from @Voluptuous Vintage again. It's just a shame I live far away from the Store or I would pay it a visit. Made my evening when I came home to this. Thanks again
