   Came into the store completely clueless and ended up being massively helped out by one of the workers ‘Josh’. He was extremely friendly and had good knowledge of products to recommend to me and helped me find what i needed. Will definitely be returning for this reason!

   I went in last week and was greeted by Laura. She is absolutely lovely!! I felt a little lost and she was kind and generous with her time even when it was a little busy, and most importantly she made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be back, because of how great the pieces are, but also because of the excellent customer service!

   I went in last week, having been recommended the bra fitting service. I was a bit nervous, so went with a friend, but I need not have worried - the staff were so helpful and I felt instantly at ease. I was served by the team leader, Ross, who really knew his stuff! He then went on to help me find items for an upcoming photoshoot. He advised on colours and styles, it was really nice to feel someone take their time with me, and offer a truly personal service.

   A bad representation of an Ann Summers shop. The staff didn't approach us at all, despite us going round the shop several times. The tills are in complete view of the fitting rooms, where I went to try on a product. Noone came over to check on us at all (I had my sister and her friend with me). You need to feel comfortable at a shop like this, and we didn't feel welcome at all.

   Very helpful staff. Good sale on. Nice and tidy. But... None of the toys seemed to have charge, and the interior isn't try most wheelchair/disabled friendly. More room needs to be given to enable disabled patrons ease to look at all the lingerie and clothing displays.

   Don't understand giving 1 star without a reason. So will give 5 star. Seen as I found the staff very helpful. Well stocked for a small shop. It's a shame it isn't larger in here. But doesn't feel cramped. Some good items, and reasonable prices. Will be visiting again.... regularly
