Jake fitted me out today with a complete suit. jacket, trousers waistcoat shirt belt shoes and socks. He was very knowledgeable polite and professional. A five star experience

Jack was top tier offering great advice when it came to suit rental and colour schemes for the day. Jack is the kind of manager you want working in all your stores, he couldn't have done more to help us. 5 star service.
My rating may be unfair. I wanted a business suit and there was next to no choice. This shop clearly focuses on weddings. By asking for a classic business suit I seemed to be more a nuisance than a proper customer. That feeling made me leave promptly. Why would a business that sells suits want such quality repeat custom? First time in my life leaving a Mos Bros without a suit (I usually buy 4 or 5 at a time).

Recently had a custom made jacket plus waistcoat from this store and was extremely happy with the process from start to finish.
Ordered a click and collect next day delivery. Didn’t arrive on time. Staff in store couldn’t care less, not interested in helping. Tried calling the store >10 times and didn’t answer once, but when I went into the store it was completely dead. Great products. Dreadful customer service. Just shop at Next instead.
I wish I visited moss bros first after many other shops. Walked in asked for help, the lady who help me was nice and knowledgeable. I hadn't a clue what colours and she helped me a lot. After being measured and given a couple of options, I made a few purchases and walked out a happy customer. Thanks to the tailor in the shop.....
Mike really looked after me. Moss Bros was the first shop I went into where someone took an interest and paid attention to what I needed. The service was excellent and professional, but also friendly. It was, hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a suit. I think it was the attention to detail that made it, but also just the fact that Mike and his colleagues clearly knew what they were doing. Forget going anywhere else. Believe the reputation. Moss Bros is top notch. Thank you very much.
Generally most MB stores I've been to have had really helpful staff however the gentleman I believe to be the Manager in the Chichester store (ginger-haired chap) is genuinely the most apathetic and insolent staff member I've possibly ever encountered. I'm amazed he's still in the job. I've spent a LOT of money on wedding suits and all I wanted to do was exchange a couple of sizes, apparently it's too much of an inconvenience. If you need anything from MB, go to Southampton.
