Wow!!! If you ever go to Whitley Moss, please speak with Roger. He is very attentive, friendly and has years of experience and you can tell by the way he looks after his customers. Came in not knowing my size or what colour and he advised me for the best colour and size. He even pinned up the suit for free to taper it up. Very chatty and polite. Thank you Roger for your help and I look forward to coming back for me!
Went in for a custom-made suit and to hire 4 suits for my wedding in August. Harry was very knowledgeable and friendly, not too pushy, offering professional suggestions and personal recommendations. He made the whole thing very easy. He did a fantastic job. Then, collecting the suit today, Tom was a great help, very approachable, and, also, knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store to other people wanting a custom-made or hire suit.
I went in today for my sons prom suit. We were well looked after by a lovely lad. He wasn’t pushy and really took the time to make sure the suit was perfect. The quality of the suit compared to the ones he tried on elsewhere was so much nicer. He’s long in the leg and they were able to accommodate this. From start to finish this was an excellent experience

I chose to use Moss Bros to provide me with a unique, perfect fitting Suit for my wedding in Kos, later this Summer. Joey was brilliant all the way through my consultation appointment. Super knowledgeable and great with his advice and suggestions. I was left feeling very happy with my choice and couldn’t wait to return to try it on. Collection was yesterday and Joey was there to see the process through. Checking everything fitted perfectly and advising on accessories required for my big day. Went in to enquire about wedding hire suits and the staff were completely unhelpful, they insisted we needed an appointment to even just see what suits they had available for hire and just sent us on our way. We didn’t require measurements taken to even anyone to help us we simply wanted to see some suits on the hanger/mannequin but this was far too much work for them. After this experience we will be looking elsewhere for our wedding party suits.
Staff need retraining paid for a made to measure suit didn't fit when went to pick it up. My husband suggested they should use a tape measure Lady shop assistant said we only do that if it's made to measure not off the peg. Very condescending and rude. Will definitely not be using them again.
Looking for a new suit for a funeral and Roger helped me find the perfect one, but unfortunately they didn't have my sized jacket in stock. Roger called the Southampton store and has volunteered to go bring back my jacket from there. Outstanding service. Thank you.
Initial contact very good. From then the service was pretty poor. The jacket that I ordered wasn't here when it should of been, despite receiving an email saying it was in store. The person who phoned me from store was rude and very dismissive of the jacket not being there. Offered to cancel the order as his first solution to the jacket not being there. I explained that wasn't helpful as I needed the jacket for a funeral. It felt that they had taken the money, from that point there was zero interest in service given. Even when I went into the shop to collect the jacket, they didn't show it to me, they had put it in a bag out back and just handed the bag over! Shame, previously always been very good.
