   I recently completed the two day Ground School and final Operational Exam (OE) with Icarus and the AMP team and cannot recommend them highly enough. I had Tom guide me through the whole training series and he was fantastic. They made the experience painless and problem-free from the start. The facilities down at their Oxfordshire base are excellent, but the support and information provided really is worth a special mention. All of the documentation is written in a way that is understandable whatever your level of knowledge and this really helps; not only with the theory exam but also the practical test and completing the additional forms the CAA require. I also opted to pay extra for the Ops Manual which was one of the best decisions I made. It seems expensive up front, but I value my own time, and avoiding the bulk of the written work meant that I could use my own time more productively. In summary, I went from Day 1 of Ground School to completion of the OE in exactly 4 weeks. Thanks Matt, Tom and all the Icarus/AMP team!

   Thanks to all at AMP, the course both of the courses I have attended have very professionally delivered. From the booking of the course to passing the course and receiving my CAA approved PfCO, all the staff have been very friendly and more that helpful. Both of the instructors have a very friendly style of delivery and have a high level of both knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend the ICARUS courses if you are looking to take a CAA approved PfCO course.

   I attended the Icarus Pro course for three days in September 2017. It was a fantastic learning experience, the course instructors Matt and Tom, had brilliant situational relevance, and many thousands of hours flying experience of Full Size Aircraft, both Fixed Wing and Rotary as well as many different platforms of drone devices. The course was well structured, and Designed to give a perfect insight into what was needed to become certified as a professional drone pilot. The pace and content of the course was very well balanced, and gave the perfect insight into what was needed to pass the CAA Theory exam. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to become a certified professional drone pilot in the United Kingdom.
