I ordered a cardigan for my husband online which was too small so returned it to the Waterloo branch. Very successful as they were able to provide a larger size on the spot. I would definitely go to the store again if it was closer to home.

Just bought 4 tops from the Edinburgh woollen shop waterlooville so very pleased that they had exactly what l wanted staff were brilliant will definitely be going there again.
The ladies there are so helpful and kind. I was there on Friday and the lady that served me went out of her way to search and get me 2 pairs of corduroy trousers. She also did my card payment. I like shopping there and the clothes are nice and durable. I particulary like the James Pringle collection there but generally the clothes and service is nice. I would recommend that shop any day

Lots of choice and decent selection. Generally for the middle age and older person with good traditional styles. Stores getting a bit shabby but need supporting if we want to them to survive.
I found the Waterlooville branch very good because of a member of staff that was very helpful to me! I was looking for a cardigan for my nana! Fiona help me out a lot! Thank you!
