Mike was a great tutor for our emergency first aid at work and came to do the course at our office ! I would highly recommend for any offices or companies which require the course.
We attended the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course with Mike and it was excellent from start to finish. The delivery was clear, engaging and practical, with plenty of hands-on practice across the key topics (primary survey, CPR, AED use, bleeding control, choking, seizures, shock, burns and more). It’s a nationally recognised qualification that meets HSE requirements, and we left confident we could respond promptly and safely in an emergency. A special mention for the hospitality provided by Liz — our dietary needs at lunch were extremely well catered for, which we really appreciated. Professional, well-structured and genuinely confidence-building. Highly recommended.
