   I placed an order at 21:35 and at 22:35 it still wasn’t here so I rang the store and they told me it was ready and they will get it out for delivery as soon as possible. Another hour passes and at 23:37 I ring the shop again but I got no answer. Finally my order got here at 00:07. When I told the driver I had been waiting for 2.5hrs his response was “oh sorry”. The pizza was cold and had clearly been sitting out for a long time, I also got no form of compensation.

   Complete joke I get off them all the time food arrives at the house pizzas are wrong tomatoe base pizzas instead of garlic , I always order the same food , rang them and they tried to tell me that all pizzas come with tomato base ha they are funny . Will never order from them again they have lost a good customer.

   Ordered a delivery fifteen minutes away, waited and waited and waited. The track your order function online continued to just say in preparation. After an hour and fifteen minutes i rang the store, they told me the order was on the way. Another twenty minutes pass and we decide to wait outside at the gate. The delivery man tries to tell me that he had been there for a long time and was ringing my phone but that i had put the wrong number in. I later checked and could clearly see on my confirmation email that i had put the correct phone number in and that he had also not called me. The service was terrible and by the time we got the food the chips were soaking from condensation pizza was lukewarm at best. Will not be ordering again.

   The food is great, never any faults with it and the guys are always really pleasant. Though the last two times we've ordered for delivery it's been late. The first time I checked online to see the progress and it stated it was delivered, when I phoned they said they were just finishing it and we got it quickly after. Second time it's been "out for delivery" for over half an hour.

   Great pizza and a very good range of side dishes as well which is a nice bonus. Prices could be a fraction better but while on the high side aren't extortionate by any means either and the deals tend to be quite good. Whenever I order for collection 9 times out of 10 its sitting ready when I get there.

   Ordered pizza for delivery at 7:15 it’s 8:40 and still no pizza, phones several times already and they keep saying that the pizza will be here in 5 mins, never eating outta here again. Absolutely discraceful you say the least. Me and family are only home from a long journey home from out holidays and we all tired

   Received a delivery from a very "unhappy" delivery driver who hadn't many customer service skills. Upon eating the food there was a STRONG SMELL of diesel fuel, to the point where it was tasting the food. The food therefore had to be binned as it was simply inedible. Disappointed as Apache are usually very good!
