Polite genuine customer service and the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had!! Everything was piping hot and delicious even though we were probably the last order of the night. Highly recommend and this will be our local for Chinese takeout.
They didn't send all my order rang and was told the £8.20 they charge me for the missing food would be credit next time ordered, so when rang ,to order food an other day was told that they only owed me £3 it was a rip off so don't order from them
Ordered food including a chicken chow mein from here tonight came home to find the chow mein bone dry no sauce or vegetables just literally dry noodles and chicken this is twice its happened and my husband had asked upon ordering that it was the one with the sauce etc to b told yes to come home and find it wasn't went back to complain and was told u have to request one wet if want one with sauce ?? Always order chow mein and never had to request a WET ONE will not b returning!!!
Although I was a little unhappy with the hour delay in the food delivery tonight cos they forgot my online order - they pulled it back and as usual it was piping hot and tasty (my ribs were a little spicy for my pathetic taste buds) but they were lovely and very meaty.
I tried most salt & chilli pepper, I would say most of them are great like Chips with ribs, and chicken, I kinda wish they do something different about shredded beef option, but the Ribs and salt & chilli packed with flavors.
Lovely food, my go to dish is the Sweet and Sour and I absolutely love it. Chicken balls are pretty good and delicious! I absolutey recommend it!
The best £7.50 I have spent in months. Great friendly service, very customer oriented (as you'd hope all shops were). Food was prepped in very good time and my Sweet n Sour chicken balls with Special fried rice was bloody gorgeous. Called here on a recommendation from local neighbourhood site and so glad I did.
