I qualified with EIF in March 2018 - completing their 10 week online and 2 week residential course. Having spent a long time researching which company to train with, I can't recommend EIF highly enough. Every trainer was an expert in their field and supportive throughout. The reading materials were extremely detailed and the 2 week residential in Mid Wales was one of my most challenging and rewarding experiences. The 5 star accommodation and training with a fantastic group of like minded people was an added bonus. A USP of the course was actually training the general public during the residential. What better way to gain experience and confidence. I have already recommended EIF to a friend who starts her course later this year. Anyone wanting to become a personal trainer and be guided on how to structure and market their business should choose EIF.

Studied with EIF in 2018 . Loved the course and challenged me in so many ways and took me out of my comfort zone . Taught me tricks that seem so easy but I would never have thought of on my own. Excellent venue & Instructors including Darren and Jo who are a super team . If your considering a career in fitness this is one thorough course that will teach you many things over the course of 4 months and not just on one Saturday like other PT courses . If your contemplating it definitely don’t hesitate take the Leap of Faith, I Did !!!!.

I did the four-week residential program in April 2018. It was one of the most fantastic experiences of my life. Darren and his team are excellent teachers and motivators. The learning is not limited to personal training, but also covers human physiology, nutrition and coaching behaviour change, all in as much depth as is humanly possible in the time frame.. It's the ideal course for anyone wanting to work at at the highest end of the fitness industry. I retired from a 35 year career as a corporate lawyer and, thanks to Darren and his fine team, I now own a fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching business in the City of London. This is not a course for people content with being a mediocre personal trainer. This is for people who want to be the best in the industry.

The toughest but also the best thing I’ve ever done was study with EIF! Tough because they cover a lot of knowledge (more so than most other PT courses) and the standards set are high with more in-depth exams that just your regular Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. But it is worth it as you come away from the course with not just lots of theoretical knowledge, but also how to be a successful coach and how to set up your own business. The best part is the PT Clinic where you get the opportunity to train a variety of real clients, so you can put what you’ve learnt into practice straight away. The support from tutors both during and after the course has been excellent. Whilst it’s not easy to succeed in this very competitive industry, if you want to have the best shot at making it happen, don’t hesitate to train with EIF.

I studied with EIF in march 2018. I cannot recommend this training facility enough. The confidence and knowledge I gained has enabled me to launch my new career. The 2week residential was fantastic and is definitely the way forward if you are considering a career as a personal trainer

I studied with EIF in 2018. The course was very professionally run with lots of support and genuine interest in your business needs after qualifying. The 2 week residential was brilliant and provided the opportunity to train clients in the gym, one to one. I would have no hesitation in recommending EIF to anyone wishing to qualfy not only as a personal trainer but a competent coach as well.

Excellent training and wonderful care and support throughout. I wanted a residential course because I don't live in the UK so the idea of 10 weeks online followed by two weeks residential really appealed to me. I was not disappointed. We covered all the physical movements and usual personal training stuff and from the second full day we were allowed to train real people in the PT Clinic. One really helpful part of the course The is that you learn all about how to coach people to eat better - rather than just telling them what to do. As I am a life coach, I know how much more effective this is than dishing out eating plans. The real highlight of the course is the business section. We spend a whole day just working on our own ideas and plans and its amazing how things come together when you walk through your thoughts ideas and emotions step by step. The grand finale was 10 powerful presentations by my class mates on the last day before we celebrated our graduation in style in a lovely restaurant. Highly recommended. The friends I made there and the excellent training I received are for life!
