I popped in last week and bought some trainers and a bag . Divian was so helpful . Such fabulous customer service With a huge happy smile too . thankyou so much you truly are a credit to the store . There Also was a lovely lady working with him that day but I don’t remember her name . I went back today Sunday and bought another pair of trainers the lady at the rabia was lovely . I bought shoes from this store last month, on the third day of wearing the black trainers the base of the shoes, started fading and becoming white, a whole £64 pounds, and am not even confident wearing the shoe after only a Month! I am highly disappointed and I would not recommend.

Went in on the off chance they might have a bag I’d seen and was seen by Flo. she was utterly helpful. She checked stock for me and was really attentive. Felt welcomed and looked after. 2 bag purchases later lol I’ll definitely be going back!!
Had absolutely amazing service on Saturday 29th May (sorry I didn’t catch her name but hope you can work this out from who was on shift!). Neither shoes I wanted were in my size but we’re ordered free of charge and delivered to my home address within days. The lovely lady even rang another store to track down a pair of trainers for me on a busy Saturday afternoon. Brilliant service, way above and beyond the “sorry we don’t have your size” service you usually get!
