Pizza came quickly and was good value for money. Lost a star for the poor customer service — I asked for a bit of help, but the lad didn’t seem too interested, and it wasn’t even that busy.
Impressed about service, ordered 2 pizzas today. Tomas delivered it straight to my car on Domino's car park in 10 mins time. It's very friendly personnel there, great offers and Definitely Amazing food. Highly recommended. 5 stars. Thank you very much Tomas and team.
I ordered food on the app for collection, followed all instructions for when the food was ready, got inside to collect and it was like a pantomime with the staff not knowing where orders were or who's was ready. Staff didn't approach customers to ask who they were to make their job a bit easier. Customers had to nearly shout at the staff their name and number that appeared on the screen to get their attention. By the time the food was thrown over the counter at me it was stone cold and had to be reheated when I got home. I live a 5 min drive away. Avoid this place on a Saturday night at all costs!!!!
Order's take way too long to arrive, also if you call to collect the store is always in mayhem, plus the staff need to be restrained in customer care
Pizza ordered online 11.45..order number 235..collection in "8-14"mts...arrived in good time..pizza not even started ..tracker not working..waited 10mts on their screen ready in 8mts..suddenly 8mts changed to 18mts...spoke to someone claiming to be manageress..not only tried to use sarcasm as a weapon..but was derogitary in her attitude..saying to group of customers "I hope noone else minds waiting" implication being that i am being unreasonable..spoke to her staff and phone customers in same sergeant major way..when talking on phone it became obvious that delivery's where being given priority ie queue jumped..after waiting 40 mts finally got the pizza...I noted from their own screen that a group of customers whose order sequence number was 5 or 6 higher than mine got their pizzas before me.it was apparent from the way she spoke to them that they where her friends..cherry on cake when I got pizza home it was wrong..someone suspicious may believe this was intentional..tried ringing no good ..which was case when we tried ringing order through earlier ..tried 30 mts either no reply or answer and hung up. I normally use warrenpoint rd branch which is miles better in every way.unfortuently it closes about 11pm I tried complaining to the joke that donimos call customer service..they offered me a voucher for a large pizza..but refused to explain this rude behavior.. This particular branch has a extremely bad reputation for bad service..I have spoke to at least a dozen people who have either stopped using donimos altogether or are using the warrenpoint rd branch So lesson is if you must get a dominos use the friendly branch
3rd time our food was over an hour late. Contacted the shop on this 3rd occasion and was hung up on. House next door order food from the same store and got theirs within 30 mins. Food never arrived after all. Absolutely abysmal.
There's been an improvement, have to say, good pizza made in decent time
Ordered and paid or my pizza today at 9 pm. It is no2 11:30pm and it still hasn't arrived. Called 10x and no answer
Got a delivery tonight it was 20minutes late and I had to take the food of the bag myself with no change being returned to me and it was Stone cold we rang for 20minutes and couldn't get through we went to the shop and I explained what was wrong I was told I could only get a refund or the food done again I asked for both as a chef myself it should have been done because this was there mistake but they refused to do it I was given a refund of the wrong amount and I didn't even get a sorry... I would definitely not recommend this place for food
Not deserve one star as well, but that's the least I could make. The reason, it's the worst service ever faced in my life. Late delivery, not even 5 or 10 minutes, its more than one hour and its not 1st time, most of time same. Food not too bad if you eat within 15-30mins. No answer for the phone call after you paid online for an order. I don't recommend this store ever. Thanks for reading.
