After an initial survey the family employed Picea abd took Roy's advice to split the property into two dwellings, a barn conversion and extension to the original house. Plans were drawn, bat survey completed, highways consulted re access, all to a cost of thousands of pounds. Having submitted plans and waiting months, they were turned down due to the dwellings being too close together. We feel that this is something that should of been obvious to Roy from the start.
