My time at Keele was definitely one to remember - unfortunately I ended up having to withdraw entirely from both masters I attempted due to personal reasons but also because of the delivery of their psychology conversion online masters degree. As a whole university standards are becoming exceptionally inefficient and as a result students like myself are being affected and thoroughly mistreated. Whilst the staff who delivered both the MSC psychotherapy counselling in person course Msc psychology conversion were outstanding, compassionate and professional, the University has a whole needs serious reformation. Lack of communication, technical errors, fake graduation invites sent out to myself, blatant disrespect from staff behind the enquiries line has left me bitter and frustrated with my time at Keele. An extortionate amount of time, money, and mental welfare has gone into both incomplete masters degrees. I hope that in the future the university is able to rectify their mistakes and take ownership of where they messed up, but for now, I can only warn and advise those who wish to study here of the systematic ineffectiveness orchestrated throughout the university’s figureheads.

One of the best spaces to be in while studying in the UK. Absolutely chilled, the people are very friendly and accommodating. Best experience every time I'm here.

Its amazing how horrible their systems are, even applying was a pain and was so much hassle that I decided against applying and instead applied for a much better uni such as UoM. What more do you expect from a uni that allows Duolingo as a criteria for entry. For specific feedback it just made me realise that their course content is subpar, they admissions team are quite useless in getting a response out of. In hindsight im glad it was because it allowed me to do further research on the university and saved me from having to deal with them.

The woodland walks are calm and peaceful. They may lead you to the memorial garden, the little lakes or just interesting paths. The paths leading away from Keele hall towards the M6 reveal yet more lakes and streams and very interesting plantings. I only had an hour so i need to return for further explorations. The lakes hold a few birds and generally sit very well into the landscape. You have the constant companionship of the squirrels as they gather their harvest. A recent discovery for me, and why did i not know this before, is the 10 year tenure of the Grand Duke Michael Mikhailovich, grandson of Tsar Nicholas the 1st. His morganitic marriage meant he was exiled from Russia (4 previous marriage requests had been turned down) he landed at Keele hall renting from the Sneyd family. His exile no doubt saved him from the fate of his 3 brothers, all killed by the bolsheviks following the October revolution. If i can find out more i shall. I feel a story is in there somewhere as he became a local figure. He entertained Edward 3rd at the hall, unveiled a statue of Queen Victoria and became well known in his 'elevated' circles.

Fantastic uni, vast campus with plenty to do and see. Security is top notch as is access around the site. My only regret is not going to to the uni for my degree!

When I was going to university Keele was the place one went to if nowhere else would accept you. How times have changed. The university is really going places and I can genuinely say that I wish I was going there.... The campus is lovely and range of courses is well suited to the modern age. Great that there is a vet school there now! Medical school is especially suited to current requirements. There is a foundation year that allows students to gain that extra confidence before starting their full degree. Impressive.
