Went here for first time bridal appointment with my mum and sister. Really enjoyed our time here with our lovely host apologies I can’t remember her name ! We were offered a glass of bubbly and they had a good selection of dresses. Thankyou for your time
We have a really nice experience visiting for the Prom dress. They look after us My girl fell really special. If I can make a recommendation just to make this more for everyone is to ask the for the budget before let them trying them. They are unique dresses and the price is a fere price, we pay £526 and I don't regret. BUT! Obviously she was piking with aut look at tags. Because she is ben told pick any 5 dresses , will check if available you can try them on. So is a bit of a rough time if she have a £800 on and you can't afford. Don't mean to give a negative review, just sinking this can be a option to make this more enjoyable , knowing your approximate budget and been show different options in your budget They all have tags on... but note sure how many 15 years old will check that... Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived, could try on as many dresses as I wanted. I never felt pushed or judged. By far the best bridal boutique store I've been too!
We absolutely loved our dress shopping experience at mouse trap….All of the staff were super friendly, we were allocated a member of staff to help us with the dresses my daughter chose and for helping her to try them on. I absolutely couldn’t fault it , she was so helpful, patient and informative throughout. All of the dresses were stunning and my daughter tried some on twice before making her decision…she also helped to try on jewellery to go with her dress..we took photos so she could make her decision. I would highly recommend this shop and would like to thank them for making my daughters experience so special.
1st time wedding dress shopping with my daughter and her mum in law to be. We were treated like super stars. Rosie looked after us and listened to everything my daughter said about her dress wishes. Rosie helped my daughter try on several dresses and then she said I know the perfect one. It was beautiful and we all loved it. Rosie was amazing and made our day even more special ❤️
